Investing.com — According to the latest shareholding pattern released by the logistics company Jet Freight Logistics (NS:), ace investor Mukul Mahavir Agrawal has cut his stake in the company during the quarter ending March 2022.
As per the latest regulatory filing, the investor has offloaded 1.92 lakh equity shares or a 1.7% stake in the micro-cap company in the final quarter of FY22.
As of March 31, 2022, Agrawal holds 4.74 lakh shares of the logistics company or 4.1%.
In the quarter ending Dec 31, 2021, the investor held 6.66 lakh shares or a 5.76% stake in the company. Companies have to compulsorily release the names of all the shareholders holding at least a 1% stake in the company after every quarter.
Shares of Jet Freight Logistics were trading 1.8% at Rs 66.05 apiece at 2:50 pm while having surged over 40% in the year so far.
According to Trendlyn data, Agrawal has continued holding a 2.8% and 3.8% stake in the jewellery company Goldiam International (BO:) and Apollo Pipes (BO:), respectively, as of March 31, 2022, the same as the Dec-ending quarter.
It notes, Mukul Mahavir Agrawal publicly holds 44 stocks, with a net worth of Rs 2,262.8 crore.
