In the landscape of smartphone market global we have seen how Vivo is carving out a front row seat also at an international level, with its top of the Android range that now wants to compete with those of the other big names.

The Chinese company is fresh from the presentation of the Vivo X90 series and, waiting for it to bring them too European markets, we are preparing to launch new high-end models. Let’s talk about Vivo S16 seriesvery close to the launch and which we now know thanks to the latest leaks that have just emerged on the net.

The images you find in the gallery below show the design of the three models which are expected to be launched as part of the new smartphone series: I live S16, Vivo S16 Pro and Vivo S16e. The images show that the first two will have a display with curved edgeswhile S16e will have a flat display.

This also applies to the back: Vivo S16 and S16 Pro should show off a curved cover on the sides, with a photographic module consisting of three sensors and the LED flash embedded inside a silver ring.

The photo module features three sensors for all three models of the family, arranged vertically in a rectangular island.

The most performing model S16 Pro should have a processor under the hood MediaTek Dimension 8200 coupled to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB internal storage UFS 3.1. The battery should have a capacity of 4,600 mAh with support for fast charging from 66W.

The display of Vivo S16 Pro should have a diagonal of 6.78″ and be kind AMOLED with refresh rates up to 120Hz. The photographic sensors, at least for the S16 Pro and S16, should correspond to a main da 50 megapixelsa wide angle from 8 megapixels and a macro from 2 megapixels.

The launch of the Vivo S16 series should take place on December 22 in China. We don’t know if we will see these devices also in Europe, in the event we should wait for next year anyway.
