Qualification
MBA (PGDM) or equivalent Masters courses in finance, marketing, strategy, OB/HR, project management, etc. Minimum of two years of experience, preferably part of it while working in an academic setting with exposure to teaching and research.

Scale
The fixed remuneration will be commensurate based on experience and qualification. (Indicative range Rs.36,000/- to Rs.40,000/- per month). The position would be filled initially on a contract basis for two years with possible multiple extensions dependent upon the candidate’s performance and availability of funds

Responsibilities
a. Providing administrative support to VKPL’s research, consulting and outreach activities, including (but not limited to) technical proposals, writing of contracts, monitoring of ongoing projects and grants, and recruitment of research staff. b. Liaising with donors, clients, and other stakeholders on each stage of the project and related academic activities. c. Collaborating with various departments at IRMA, including (but not limited to) administration, accounts, IT, and ETDC. d. Working with research teams to ensure that the project outputs are delivered on time.
