PM Modi said- I hope that Bhutanese scientists will also make satellites – PM Modi said

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the Royal University Thimphu on the second day of his Bhutan tour and while addressing the youth expressed the hope that very soon the scientists of Bhutan will also make satellites and make their own identity in front of the world. He said that I am glad that young scientists from Bhutan are going to visit India to design and launch their own small satellite. PM Modi said, ‘I hope that soon there will be many of you scientists, engineers and innovators who will set an example not only in the country but also in front of the world.’

PM Modi said that the scientists of India have told the world that they are moving fast towards space mission. India is witnessing a historic change in different sectors.

The PM said that there is no dearth of opportunities in today’s time. There is a great bond between the people of India and Bhutan. India is working fast to eradicate poverty. India will work with Bhutan on many important issues.

Addressing the students, he said that one should never take stress about the examination. On this occasion, he also discussed the book Exam Warriors written by him. He said that he wrote this book inspired by the teachings of Buddha.

Significantly, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Bhutan on a two-day visit on Saturday morning. This is the second visit of the Prime Minister to Bhutan and the first since becoming the Prime Minister again. Prime Minister of Bhutan Lotay Tshering received Modi at the airport. On arrival here, he was given a guard of salute. During this visit, there will be extensive discussion on topics of common interest including mutual relations between the two countries.
