Patna High Court has given a big relief to the candidates of BPSC. The court has dismissed all the petitions challenging the results of 63rd and 64th BPSC Civil Services PT examination and refused to give any relief to the applicants who reached the court against this result.

The decision was safe from July 5

With this decision of the High Court, the way has also been cleared for the main examination of BPSC to be held from July 12. A single bench of Justice Madhuresh Prasad had reserved the judgment after completing the hearing from July 5, which was pronounced on Monday. The result was challenged on the basis of wrong question answers in the preliminary examination taken for restoration to various posts of civil services.

PT exam was held on 16 February

The preliminary examination was taken on 16 December 2018, after which the result of this examination was published by BPSC on 17 February 2019. The schedule for conducting the main examination from July 12, 2019, was already decided even before the results were announced. This decision of the court will give relief to the candidates who were looking forward to the decision of the court while preparing for the mains.
