A: Our iphone 12 pro max case match the phone perfectly. It is normal to meet such problem. You just need to buckle the slots in each sides, the problem will be solved.

Use cleaning tool to clean the screen before you put on the tempered glass.Then Align the glass from the top side and lay it down to the bottom side.

Q: There has so much bubble on my screen. Should I peel the tempered glass off? Can it be reused?

A: You do not need to peel the whole glass off. Just using your finger belly to push the air to the edge of the screen to release the air.There could be 2 reason that cause the bubbles. One is you have not clean the screen well, any dust or microparticles will cause the bubble.Make sure the glass do not hit the front case, it will cause the bubbles either.

Q: Should I run out 2 tempered glass? One for screen,what about the last one?

A: No! The other one for back up. Most of our customer were damage the tempered glass at first install. After using the first one, there has no more for use when the one is broken. That is why we offer 2 tempered glass, one for general use and the other one for back up.
