– For Senior Software Test Engineers (Manual and Automation): 3 to 5 Years
– For Software Test Engineer: 1 to 3 Years
– For Trainee Test Engineer: 0 to 1 Years
Skills/Experience (Desirable) :
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Exposure to automation tools and agile testing process is an advantage
– Candidates with testing certification are preferred
– BE/ME/MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science with excellent track record
– Client Server and web application testing, test methodologies, design, monitoring and execution, Defect management, Database knowledge.
– Automation experience using VS Test or QTP, Agile testing process.
– Candidates with testing certification are preferred for the position of trainee test engineer.

– Highly flexible, including willingness to work away from home base
– Communicates fluently in a non-confrontational manner and can present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

– Pragmatic, tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions
– Visionary and entrepreneurial with a positive can do attitude towards the technical and commercial challenges facing Equiniti and our customers
Key Responsibilities :
– Experience in manual testing of client/server and web applications
– Should possess good experience of testing methodologies, defect management system and database knowledge
– Handled full range of testing services including defects analysis, developing test cases and test execution
– Testing experience with different types of testing including regression and functional
– Exposure to QA activities
