PAK vs WI, 2nd ODI Live Updates: Babar Azam fell for 77 off 93 deliveries as he missed out on equalling Kumar Sangakkara’s world record of four consecutive ODI centuries. After the Pakistan skipper fell, West Indies bowlers came back into the match with quick wickets of Mohammad Haris, Mohammad Rizwan and Mohammad Nawaz to leave the hosts reeling at 207/6. It was still Babar’s sixth consecutive fifty-plus score in the 50-over format. He was caught and bowled by Akeal Hosein not long after a mix-up with the Pakistan captain also led to Imam-ul-Haq being run-out. Imam himself scored his sixth 50+ score in a row in ODIs, falling for a run-a-ball 72. The two had put on a partnership of 120 runs following Fakhar Zaman’s early dismissal. Earlier, Pakistan won the toss and opted to bat against West Indies in the second ODI of their three-match series in Multan on Friday. A century from Babar Azam — his third in as many matches in the format — powered Pakistan to a 5-wicket win in the first ODI at the same venue, and the hosts will be looking to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the 2nd ODI.(LIVE SCORECARD)
