“Unfortunately this is not the first case we have registered and for this reason we would like to applaud the Authority, because e-commerce deserves the utmost attention and it is our duty not to let our guard down. Cases like this are increasingly frequent. We receive reports on a daily basis by consumers who have made an online purchase and then have not been delivered the product, have received a different one than the one ordered, are unable to obtain a refund or return, because customer service is unreachable or provides generic answers.
