Thanks to this novelty, Free to X aims at make the full of energy much easier, since it will no longer be necessary to use Mobility Service Provider apps or cards. According to what has been said, the payment can be made, for the moment, by cards adhering to the Mastercard and Visa circuits. After the summer, you can also pay with cards from other circuits. And speaking of costs, Free to X simply states that “they will be in line with current market prices for top-ups at high-power stations“.

The idea is to extend support for payments by credit card and debit card to the other Free to X stations as well. In this regard, the company highlights that in the next few days this form of payment will also arrive at the station at theservice area of ​​Secchia Ovest. If these first tests go well, support for payment by credit card and debit card will be progressively extended to the other stations.

With this new service we want to respond more and more to the needs of our customers and offer a simpler recharge experience in line with that offered in other European countries, even to those who do not have an app or the RFID Card of the Mobility Service Providers. .
