Young girl loses leg after strep infection

A community is rallying around a 6-year-old girl in Ohio who lost her leg after a bout of strep throat led to a life-threatening infection. Tessa Puma’s dance instructor describes her as a phenom while young dancers from the Center Stage Dance Studio in Northfield sent out well wishes to the girl.
