The Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS; Tacoma, Wash.) is planning to open a new behavioral health project in Mount Vista, Wash., according to the website columbian.com

Situated on 11.84 acres, the project will include three single-story buildings each with 16 beds. Services will include medical screening, psychiatric and risk screening, psychological/biological/social evaluation, treatment, and peer support.

The DSHS will operate one facility and the Washington State Health Care Authority (Olympia, Wash.) will contract teams to run the other two facilities.
