ROG Phone 6 BATMAN Edition is based on the hardware of the ROG Phone 6D. We therefore find the MediaTek SoC, 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory. To differentiate it from the standard model we find a custom back, obviously characterized by dark colors, and a slightly different screen showing the Batman logo. But there is what makes it truly exclusive the collector’s box, a case in EPP (sintered expanded polypropylene) that on the front shows the classic Batman symbol fused with the ROG logo. Inside, in addition to the smartphone, we find two customized Aero cases, the classic 65W power supply with cable, a pin for the SIM cart with the Batman symbol (and a stand to expose it inspired by the silhouette of Gotham City) and an essential Bat-signal with USB-C port.
There is no shortage of customizations side software: we find the exclusive Batman themed startup screen, a live wallpaper with charging animation and unique sound effects, Always-on panel and animation for incoming calls, and the yellow Batman logo for unlocking via fingerprint .
Output and price
ASUS ROG Phone 6 Batman Edition will be available from 31 October next, but it is already possible to pre-order it from the official ASUS store following this link. The price is higher than the standard 6D: you will need them € 1,299.
