A new skyscraper has been inaugurated in Singapore: it is CapitaSpring, an oasis 280 meters high which contributes to the vertical development of the city. It is among the tallest towers in the metropolis and was designed by the Big-Bjarke Ingels group in collaboration with Carlo Ratti Associati.

It is located in the heart of the financial districtright where previously there was a public parking and a hawker center. The skyscraper was officially completed after a four-year construction phase, which was attended by CapitaLand Development (Cld), CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust and Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd.

To date, more than 99% of the space for offices and shops has been dedicated to the 93 thousand square meter skyscraper, used for mixed use, which stands out for its dynamic play of orthogonal lines, the rich vegetation and the different textures of the facade. In addition to the lush gardens and at the rooftop park, CapitaSpring also includes one residence for citizensa hawker center, restaurants and public spaces.
