Letter to the editor: Newsom should fix his state

OPINION:

California Gov. Gavin Newsom is reportedly pledging thousands of dollars to interfere in the election campaigns of other states. Where does he get all that cash to play with? California taxpayers? He ‘governs’ one of the most taxed states. Why isn’t he spending it to clean up California’s  homeless population, which is taking over communities and beaches? No wonder people are moving out of the state in droves.
