Qualification
JS/SS (Group B or Croup A lRSME/lechanical) Officer working in Level l0 & I las per 7th CPC pay matrix in Indian Railways with relevart experience ofworking in Mechanical area and having experience of handling work/purchase tenders are eligible to apply. Minimum qualification is diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to the candidate holding Engineering/Science degree. Familiarity with software module used in rolling stock management and shall have fair awareness of common IT tools and should be conversant with functioning in computerized environment. Noie: Officer working in substantive grade of level l0 with minimum fwo years service in relevant grade(s) will be considered for level I 1. Officer working in level I l(with Iess than two years service in relevant grade) will be eligible for pay pJus deputation (duty) allowance.

Qualification
Experience and Specific Requirements, if any: a) Railway employee working as Senior Section Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical) in Level – 7 of 7th CPC with five years in relevant grade or in Level 8 or 9 (under MACPS) with relevant experience. b) They are required primarily to handle the tendering / contracting aspects along with all the general activities associated with the group including end user interactions, field level project execution, coordination with stakeholders, expenditure control etc. c) The applicant should be conversant with functioning in computerized environment.

Criteria
Leasing of Private accommodation is admissible on the rates admissible to Railway Officers. Officer joining CRIS on deputation basis may opt for CRIS medical facility for self and dependent family members. For availing CRIS Medical facility Railway officer Joining CRIS has to surrender Railway Medical Card in Railway. Transportation – as per Central Govt. Rules. Other benefits as per the extant policy in Vogue.
