BeReal, the quintessential non-social network, had a problem in the Android world and anyone who had tried it to date had surely noticed it. It sucked. Not so much the service itself, but the application itself, showing a huge gap between the iOS variant and the one for the green robot. Until today.
We are not cheering yet because bugs are always around the corner, but undoubtedly today’s update of BeReal for Android makes the application finally … working. We don’t know if i have been fixed upload problems (or re-upload) that many had, but for sure the app has been completely redesigned, effectively making the section for searching for contacts and friends equal to an app based on relationships with other users.
The friends menu is finally divided into Suggested, Friends And Requests. It will then be possible to see friend requests (yes, there was no way to know who had added them), approve them, reject them and also check your friend requests to other users.
Basically BeReal for Android doesn’t suck anymore.

BeReal is one of the most talked about applications of the moment and although it is not yet clear how it will survive in the long run it is undeniable that its somewhat innovative operation (at least in the concept) has been very successful especially among the younger ones. So much so that TikTok has already copied it.
