INVERSO The Peripheral, today the first two episodes on Prime Video

Flynne Fisher (Chloë Grace Moretz) lives in the rural south of the United States, works at a local 3D print shop, and rounds off by playing virtual reality games instead of wealthy people. One night she wears a VR helmet and finds herself in a futuristic London, an elegant and mysterious world, very different from her existence. But this is not a game like any other: Flynne begins to realize that this is not virtual reality … it is real. Someone in London, seventy years into the future, has found a way to open a door to Flynne’s world. And while London is absolutely fascinating … it is also dangerous. As Flynne tries to find out who connected their worlds, and for what purpose, her presence sets in motion dangerous forces … forces intent on destroying Flynne and her family in her present world.
