Motorola Razr 2022 arrives in Italy: a true top of the folding range

Motorola Razr 2022 is the new folding smartphone of the company and is a real concentrate of technology that does not miss anything. After the presentation and launch for the Chinese market, the foldable that tries to support Galaxy Z Flip 4 also arrives in Italy.

Third iteration of the new Razr line, which takes its name from the historian Motorola Razr V3 from 2004this new model of 2022 deviates for the first time from the shapes of the ancestor of 2004, eliminating the “chin” under the flap and adopting a new design, with the two halves that close perfectly on each other.

Beyond the new design, the news are many, especially in terms of technical specifications: the main display is a 6.7 “pOLED panel, with FHD + resolution, support for HDR10 + and 144 Hz refresh rate (the same specifications as the top of the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra range).

And everything else is top of the range too: Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, 8 GB of DDR5 RAM and 256 GB UFS 3.1 memories.

Like previous models, the Razr 2022 retains the second external display (called Quick View), with sufficiently generous dimensions (2.7 “) to be used really and not just dedicated to clock and notifications.

Motorola highlights this peculiarity, underlining the difference with other competing models (Galaxy Z Flip 4 above all): on the Quick View display (almost) all apps can be run, which can also automatically switch from the large to the small screen when you close the flap.

Furthermore, the new hinge made by Motorola allows you to keep any angle of bending, which also allows you to fold the smartphone in half and leave it resting as a tripod to take a picture (as already seen on the most famous competitor, Z Flip 4).

And speaking of cameras, the Razr 2022 takes a big step forward: the main camera is 50 megapixelswith 2.0 μm Ultra Pixels that allow you to capture more light, even in low light conditions.

In addition, the All-Pixel Focus technology guarantees a very fast focusing and there is no lack of it either optical stabilizer. The second camera is a 13-megapixel wide-angle camera, while the selfie camera is 32-megapixel.
