One of the most interesting news of the One UI 5 (which recently landed on S22 and S21) is definitely the new interface for stacking widgets. This allows you to take advantage of a space on your home to display multiple different widgets. The idea was certainly popularized by the latest versions of iOS and iPhone and perhaps it is also for this reason that Samsung has pushed the development more in this direction.
In the video published on TikTok we show you the function in action, with also the step needed to add or rearrange the stacked widgets on your Samsung smartphone.
However, if we have spoken of a function that is not entirely new, but more simply reorganized, it is because this is the case. Stackable widgets are not an exclusive novelty of One UI 5, since they were already available on the previous version, although we can recognize that the management system of this tool has definitely improved after the last update.
We therefore found the new implementation of these widgets very useful and we hope that more and more companies can implement a similar tool in their software. Or who knows, maybe Google directly into Android.
