Nicole makes landfall in Florida as Category 1 hurricane, weakens to tropical storm

A rare November hurricane made landfall on the Atlantic Coast of Florida near Vero Beach early Thursday morning. The state is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, which hit as a Category 4 storm in September. CBS News correspondent Elise Preston reports.
