Realme Care+ is the new guarantee that protects against any damage

We all know that nowadays smartphone they are as powerful as they are fragile: all it takes is a small fall to shatter the screen (and the various drop tests or resistance tests confirm this) and often the repair costs are really high. Many companies offer an additional guarantee for their devices, obviously to be purchased separately, which also covers accidental damage, and Realme is now among these companies.

Realme just announced the availability in Europe of Realme Care+, the program that precisely allows you to protect the brand’s devices from any type of damage. In addition to Italy, Realme Care + is also available in Spain, France, Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic.

Now we want to strengthen this relationship even more thanks to the Realme Care+ program, a service that allows users to extend the life span of their products”commented Francis WongCEO of Realme Europe.

Customers who want to take advantage of the Realme Care + guarantee will have to register on the company’s official website within 30 days of purchasing the smartphone or tablet “compatible” with the program: the cost to be incurred to take advantage of this particular guarantee starts at €2.99 per monthof course depending on the damages covered.

With Realme Care + it will be possible reclaim twice a year for damages such as broken screens and software problems: in addition to the coverage provided by the plan Accidental Damage & Liquid Damage (ADLD)which covers front and rear accidental damage and liquid damage, the company also offers a plan ADLD + Theft Protection which protects against device theft.

Subscription covers one device for up to two years for Realme smartphones purchased online and offline. The policy also includes global coverage that is valid even during a trip abroad and is included the collection and free delivery of damaged products for repair. For the latter, of course, only original parts will be used.

In some cases, it will be possible to subscribe to monthly subscriptions, with costs ranging from € 29 up to a maximum of € 69 depending on the value of the insured device. All the information about it is available on the official Realme website.
