Google Pixel Fold is not surprising in the first high-resolution images

After various more or less reliable rumors, it would seem that the first one is almost ready for its debut folding by Google, formerly known as Pixel Fold. Indeed, recently the first render images of the company’s new smartphone have been releasedboth in coloring Chalk in white than in that Obsidian (black). Moreover, some technical specifications of the device have also emerged, including the size of the displays: the external one should be a 5.79″ AMOLED unit while the internal one is always AMOLED but 7.69″. The total dimensions of the smartphone when open, on the other hand, would be 158.7 x 139.7 x 5.7 mm.

To move everything there would be the processor Google Tensor G2, which has already debuted on the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro. Specifically, inside the chip there should be an octa-core CPU up to 2.85 GHz Cortex-X1, Mali-G710 GPU and 12 GB of RAM. On the triple rear camera, unfortunately, still no indiscretion while there are rumors about the sure presence of stereo speakers. In addition, there would also be stylus support. Finally, the rumors also involve the alleged selling price and availability on the market: the launch of Pixel Fold, in fact, should take place in the month of May 2023 at a price of around 1,800 euros.

Looking forward to Google Pixel Fold, advances continue to circulate even on the alleged foldable iPhone. However, according to what Samsung representatives would have revealed to some suppliers, the plans of the Cupertino company would be different. In fact, it would seem that Apple would like to launch a foldable device, but it shouldn’t be an iPhone. The idea, in fact, would be to produce a foldable iPad which could be sold at a price of approx $2,500.
