EVBox had presented the Troniq Modular DC in May 2021, and the Modular High-Power the further evolution of the project. The two companies have signed a non-exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for development and monitoring.
Fastned has been using charging stations for a long time ABBwhich were later partly replaced by the HYC300 hyperchargers of the Italian manufacturer Alpitronic. But the purpose of EVBox is not to replace the competition, and Fastned itself has already made it clear: it will continue to use multiple suppliers.
