In general, we understand what performance photography is positive and balanced. The real problem is that Galaxy S23 Ultra did not surprise DxOMark positively as did the other devices that surpass it in the standings. The S23 Ultra was not expected to be so far behind even cheaper or older models.
It remains to be seen whether Samsung will be able to improve sensibly such photographic performances, perhaps with subsequent ones updates software.
