NEW DELHI: ‘Catches win Matches’ is a famous phrase in cricket to reflect the importance of the outcome of the match. Fielders come across numerous catching chances on Indian rank turners where spinners induce an edges off batters.
To capitalise on the chances, Team India honed their catching skills during the practice session ahead of the third Test against Australia beginning on Wednesday in Indore.

BCCI took to Twitter to share the video in which the Indian players were seen practicing slip catching with Virat Kohli leading the drills.
India already retained the Border-Gavaskar Trophy by winning the first two Tests inside three days. The hosts won the first Test by an innings and 132 runs. They followed it with a six-wicket win in the second Test.
The final Test will be held at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium from March 9 onwards.
After this, a three-match ODI series will be taking place between both sides, from March 17 to March 22.
