The brand Amazon Basics wants to be present in the sector of CPU coolers and proposes a “new” device intended for some AMD and Intel processors. New in quotes, because it’s actually about the Hyper H410R RGB proposed by Cooler Masters, in this case renamed by the e-commerce giant and offered on the market at a more competitive price than the “original” model. However, it is interesting to observe Amazon’s intention to to be increasingly present in this segment with a proprietary brand offer.
The heatsink consists of a cooling fan with 4 heat pipes with direct contact technology, RGB PWM LED controller and overlapping aluminum fins, all with compact size of 102x83x136mm and weighing 400 grams. Compatibility is limited to LGA 1700, LGA 1200, LGA 1151, LGA 1150, LGA 1155, LGA 1156, AM4 and AM5 sockets.
The fan has a maximum noise level of 29.38dBA and an adjustable speed from 600 to 2000 RPM with the ability to flow up to 34.73 CFM (cubic feet per minute) of air. It also features a snap-on bracket to allow for quick installation (and removal). No differences are known for the moment compared to the model proposed by Cooler Master.
We recently talked about Cooler Master about the V SFX Platinum 1100 and 1300 power supply, modular solutions dedicated to the most powerful video cards and CPUs currently available on the market and compatible with ATX 3.0 and PCIe 5.0 specifications.
