GDS Result 2023 is declared for the recruitment of 40889 Gramin Dak Sevak in various circles located in 23 States.  The result has details of selected candidates based on the system-generated merit list. The India Post GDS Result 2023 will contain the following information about candidates who have been selected for the next round of the selection process i.e. document verification. The GDS Result 2023 merit list contains the registration number, candidate’s name, marks obtained, division, office, post name, post community, document verification dates, gender, community, selection status, and cutoff score. 

GDS Result 2023: What is Selection Process 

There will be no exam for GDS recruitment. Applicants will be shortlisted for Gramin Dak Seva 2023 on the basis of a system-generated merit list. The GDS 2023 merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in class 10. Candidates must have passed class 10 from the recognised central or state boards. 

While preparing the GDS result in 2023, the examination authority will consider the board result of only those candidates who have qualified the exam by securing passing marks in of all the subjects as per the respective approved board norms is mandatory. The selection authority will consider the percentage to the accuracy of 4 decimals while preparing the GDS result 2023.
