FAA hosts safety summit after several close calls at major airports

The NTSB and FAA are investigating a close call between two planes last week at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport outside Washington, D.C. It’s the seventh near-collision being investigated at U.S. airports this year. Meanwhile, the FAA Safety Summit is taking place Wednesday to address these incidents.
