Emma Heming honored her and Bruce Willis’ “hard” 14th wedding anniversary on Tuesday amid his dementia diagnosis.

“Today marks 14 years of marriage to the greatest love of my life,” the model captioned an Instagram photo of a bouquet.

The flowers were an “act of kindness” from a friend that “inspired the heck out of” Heming.

“It got me thinking about how hard these types of ‘special occasions’ can be on caregivers,” the 44-year-old explained.

“When usually our person would acknowledge the event, now their changing brains just can’t,” she continued. “And that is what it is.”

Heming thanked her pal for making the difficult day “special,” advising her followers to do the same for the caregivers in their life.

“If you know someone that is looking after someone else, don’t ask what you can do, just do,” she wrote. “This random act of kindness will honestly stay with me for a long time.”

Prior to Heming and Willis’ March 2009 wedding, the actor was married to Demi Moore from 1987 to 2000.

One of the former couple’s daughters, Tallulah Willis, commented on Heming’s social media upload.

“I love you both so much, I love kindness,” the 29-year-old designer gushed. “I love this love. #321.”

Heming “started the morning by crying,” she admitted via Instagram Sunday.

“People always tell me, ‘Oh, you’re so strong, I don’t know how you do it,’” she said. “I’m not given a choice.”

The milestone, which felt like a “knife” for Heming, came one year after Bruce retired from acting in March 2022.

That same month, his family revealed that he had been diagnosed with aphasia, a language disorder.

Earlier this month, the “Sixth Sense” star’s loved ones updated his fans on his frontotemporal dementia diagnosis with a joint statement.

“This is a really challenging time,” they wrote in part. “We are moving through this as a strong family unit.”
