China conducts military drills near Taiwan

China has begun three days of military exercises around Taiwan, including encircling the island nation with warships and aircraft. The escalation comes after Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-Wen met with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy in California earlier this week. Elizabeth Palmer reports.
