The dimensions are equal to 61.6 x 76.8 mm with a weight of 285 grams. At the front, 55mm filters can be used while the lens body is designed to withstand the elements. The price of the new Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN Contemporary for Fujifilm X is equal to $549 (in the USA) with availability from December 2022. By way of comparison, the XF 16–55mm F2.8 R LM WR (unveiled in 2015) has an official price of 1199.99 euros.
