Assistant Manager / Officer (Sales & Marketing):
The ideal candidate should be having Graduate Degree in Plantation Management /
Science / Arts / Commerce from a recognized University preferably with Post
Graduate degree/diploma in Management/ Agriculture Science. The candidate should
have minimum 05/02 years post qualification experiences for Grade E2/E1
respectively in Tea Tasting, Quality Control and Marketing functions in the Tea
Industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee the overall quality through regular Tea Tasting and Bench Mark Tasting and
undertake prospective plan to achieve the sales target/quality objective. Co-ordination
between Sales & Production (CTC/Orthodox/Green/Special Teas). Management and
monitoring of sales of tea through different channels (viz. auction, private, overseas
etc.). Interaction with Buyers and Liaison and Co-ordination with Trade Partners
(domestic & international). Conversant with GST & ERP. Work on overseas business
development and business expansion and growth.
Approximate CTC:
Rs. 10.25 lakh- / Rs. 8.25 lakh (including PF contribution)
Apart from the above the incumbent will not be entitled to any other allowances,
benefits and reimbursements as are enjoyed by employees in the regular employment
of the Company. In case the candidate is required to undertake an official tour for the
said assignment, the expenses incurred for the said tour, will be reimbursed at
actuals, as per Travelling & Daily Allowance Rule applicable for employees in
equivalent Grade subject to approval of the Competent Authority.
