Responsibilities
JRF will carry out the manufacturing of the blast resistant functionally graded composite laminates for high temperature aeronautical applications. He/she will also characterize the material characteristics at elevated temperature under high strain rate application. Additionally, he/she will examine the structural performance of the blast resistant composite container using nonlinear general purpose codes such as ABAQUS. He/she will also compare the results with existing models and will propose new models based on findings. He/she will also write the research papers in indexed journals, conferences and patents.
