With the new year they are available again 630 million euros for the purchase of non-polluting vehicles belonging to the categories of motor vehiclesof the motorcycles and mopedsand gods commercial vehicles. You learn it on the platform ecobonus.mise.gov.it which specifies that the dealers will be able to do request from 10 am on 10 January.
Moment from which, it is expected, the incentives will quickly run out, at least those aimed at vehicles with emissions included in the range 61-135 grams of carbon dioxide per kilometre, i.e. i full hybrid hey mild hybrid, low-emission hybrid cars in which the endothermic engine does not recharge the battery but the current. At least this is what happened in 2022, highlighting how this category was the most in demand compared to those with a lower environmental impact (but more expensive).

The available resources, provided for both by the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers (DPCM) of 6 April 2022 and by the 2021 Budget Law, are divided into:
for the purchase of brand new M1 category vehicles:
- 190 million for M1 category vehicles with emissions in the range 0-20 grams of carbon dioxide per kilometer (electric)
- 235 million for vehicles of category M1 with emissions in the range of 21-60 grams of carbon dioxide per kilometer (plug-in hybrids)
- 150 million for M1 category vehicles with emissions in the range 61-135 grams of carbon dioxide per kilometer (low emissions)
Very little changes compared to 2022, except that the additional bonus for natural persons with an ISEE of less than 30,000 euros is no longer envisagedexpired on December 31, 2022. As regards the limits, in the case of scrapping it reaches up to 5,000 euros for vehicles that fall into the first category, up to 4,000 euros for the second category and up to 2,000 for the third category (there are also limits as regards the total cost of the car, of 42,700 euros for full electrics and 54,900 euros for plug-in hybrids). Without scrapping, however, we have a maximum of 3,000 euros (cars 0-20 g/km of CO2). Scrapping can be done with cars of a class lower than Euro 5 that have been owned for at least 12 months.
The new wave of incentives also affects motorcycles and mopeds of categories L1e to L7e for which they were allocated 5 million euros for thermal vehicles and 35 million for electrics. Also in this case there are scrapping clauses very similar to those reported for cars.
In order to receive the incentives, you must have subscribed to a purchase contract between 1 January and 31 December 2023 and send the rest of the case back to the dealer. Naturally, it will be necessary to make sure that the funds are still available (last year those for hybrid vehicles without recharging at the socket ran out after a few weeks).
Meanwhile, the new government has included the bonus columns for private individuals in the Milleproroghe decree.
