According to the president of the National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development (Enea) Gilberto Dialuce, who spoke last February 7 in Rome during a conference organized by the representation of the European Parliament, would be needed “one considerable effort” and companies capable of “interventions on a large scale” to achieve the foreseen objectives in Italy.
