Congress cancels votes as potential shutdown gets closer

Congress has just one week to prevent a government shutdown, but so far lawmakers have not been able to come together. House Republicans canceled several votes on funding bills this week after they failed to gain enough support. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane reports.
