DAZN Group today made official the acquisition of the media businesses of Eleven Group, a multimedia specialist in the sports and entertainment sectors. Eleven was born in 2015 and broadcasts approximately 65,000 hours of live sports every year: specifically soccer, American football, baseball, basketball, combat, cycling, handball, motorsport, tennis and volleyball both internationally and locally.
In this way DAZN will be able expand its live streaming offering and reach more countries; in fact, it estimates that it will be able to achieve revenue growth of approximately $ 300 million per year. The official note confirms that once the DAZN operation is completed it will become the broadcaster of the main football leagues in Portugal and Belgium.
