UPSC Prelims Answer Key 2023: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the preliminary Civil Service Exam (CSE) on May 28. The UPSC Prelims 2023 exam was held at 70 designated centres across the country. The exam was reportedly conducted successfully in pen-and-paper mode.
