The new setting, by the way, could debut together with the Samsung Galaxy S23.
As for how it works, when your Android phone detects an unconfigured nearby device, it will activate “Fast Pair”. Next, the user will be guided through installing the relevant app to move their data. For example, for a Samsung device, you will need to install “Samsung Smart Switch”. On the timing of the release of this function, the “9to5Google” team has found clues that suggest the debut at the same time as the arrival of the new Galaxy S23.
As has long been known, the future smartphones of the Korean company will be presented on February 1, 2023 in San Francisco at 19:00 Italians, during the traditional event Galaxy Unpacked.
The three models – Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra – should already be available in the same month, also in Italy. Therefore, the release of these smartphones that contain the best of Samsung technology is very close.
