Compensation :
– We hire Freshers at 3 Levels in each available positions as,
– Trainee Level
– Regular Level and
– Independent Performer Level.
– Compensation depends on the level for which candidate selected, it will be as follows,
– Trainee Level – 2,40,000 PA
– Regular Level – 3,60,000 PA
– Independent Performer Level – up to 6,00,000 PA
– Compensation for selected candidates will be discussed and decided during the selection process based on the above levels and would depend on the candidates performance,skills and knowledge.
