Here’s how to install Pixel Watch faces on any smartwatch running Wear OS 3

In our review, we had tried a ambivalent feeling to the Google Pixel Watchthe first smart watches of the Grande G. Great software, nice design, but scarce autonomy And high pricewithout considering that it is not sold in Italy.

One thing distinguishes it from the others devices, however: i 18 exclusive watch faces (you can see them all at the bottom of the article), which someone might want to install on their own clock to get a taste of the wearables made in Google. Fortunately, thanks to the open nature of Android, now you can install them, provided you have a smartwatch with Wear OS 3 how Galaxy Watch 4 or Galaxy Watch 5. Let’s see how.

How to install Pixel Watch faces on a smartwatch with Wear OS 3

1. First, you must download the apk package which contains the quadrants. Click on this link (which refers to APKMirror) and then click on the download button next to the latest version of the app
2. Now you have to use ADB to install the app on your watch. If you don’t know what it is, here you will find our guides on how to install it on Windows, Linux and macOS.
   
3. move theapk just downloaded in the same directory as the ADB platform tools and rename it to something easier to write, like dials. To rename it:
   1. Click on it with the right mouse button
      
   2. Select Rename
   3. Write the new name, for example dials
4. Grab your smartwatch and open the app Settings
5. Go to the tab System and then on the one that shows the software information
6. Touch the software version several times until it appears Developer mode enabled
