Huawei has combined both a smartwatch and a pair of “in ear” headphones in a single accessory. Huawei Watch Buds is the name of this device whose official presentation was scheduled for tomorrow, December 2, but which was probably postponed due to the death of Jiang Zeminformer general secretary of the Communist Party of China and President of the People’s Republic of China from 1993 to 2003. In addition to Huawei, MediaTek, iQOO and Xiaomi have also canceled their events.
A device like the Huawei Watch Buds is certainly nothing new, there are already many products of this kind for sale on Amazon, Ebay or Aliexpress, mostly made by almost completely unknown brands. This is the first to be made by a more “major” manufacturer, which should also mean higher overall quality and better support. Huawei, on the other hand, has already explored in the past with its TalkBand the possibility of having a single device on the wrist that can also be used to make voice calls (it was a single headset).
At first glance, the Huawei Watch Buds look like a classic Huawei Watch GT, only a little thicker. By pressing a button located on the lower part of the ring, the display rises to reveal i two very small cylindrical earphonesmagnetically hooked, which are extracted from the seat in which they are recharged using metal pins.

At the moment, since they have not yet been officially announced, there is no detailed information on the technical characteristics. It will in fact be interesting to know in particular the total autonomy of the Huawei Watch Buds considering that it has the task not only of functioning as a smartwatch but also of recharging the earphones.
