There new Hyundai Konaalso known as Kona MY2024, in its own way it will be a revolutionary car. This is because for the first time the electric version will not be a derivative of the endothermic one, but the exact opposite.
Although slightly “normalized”, as revealed in the photos already published, the thermal versions will be a derivative of the electric one, which in turn fishing with full hands from the design of the Ioniq battery range.
Now Hyundai has released a video on its social channels, where it highlights all the details of the new Kona’s style, and also offers us a look at the interior and spaces that customers will have at their disposal.

Although evidently similar to the old Kona, the new model integrates different stylistic languages typical of Ioniq 5 and of Ioniq 6. We find the front lighting with a continuous and horizontal LED stripsinuous lines with geometric contrasts (as in the Ioniq 5), and at the rear it is highlighted the pixelated effect of the headlightsa very distinctive trait of Korean electrics.
There seems to be plenty of room inside, thanks to a more minimalist dashboard, which complements two displays close to the driver, exactly as has been the case for some time with Ioniq cars. From these are also inherited the LEDs in the center of the steering wheelwhich light up progressively to indicate the amount of battery charge.
