✔️ Special Assistant:

(1) Graduate degree from a UGC recognised university with minimum 55% marks.

(2) Minimum 05 years’ of experience as stenographer/ Personal Secretary in a reputed firm or govt. office.

(3) Diploma/ certificate course from a reputed institute on subjects of stenography, shorthand, or related subjects.

✔️ Accounts Officer:

(1) Commerce Graduate (B.Com) from a UGC recognized university with minimum 55% marks.

(2) A minimum of a 15 years of active accounts handling experience.

✅ Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview at Delhi/ via Video Conferencing mode.

✅ Pay Scales:

✔️ Special Assistant: Level 6 ₹ 35,400 – 1,12,400/-

✔️ Accounts Officer: Level 10 ₹ 56,100 – 1,77,500/-

✅ Educational Qualifications

✔️ Senior Fellow: Ph.D. or M.Phil. (at least B+) or MA degree/ BE/ MSc/ M.Tech.degree (at least second class) with a minimum research experience of 10, 13 or 16 years respectively.

✔️ Research Fellow: Ph.D. or M.Phil.(at least B+) or MA/BE/MSc/MTech degree (at least second class) with a minimum research experience of 05, 08 or 10 years respectively.

✔️ Associate Fellow: Ph.D. or M.Phil. (at least B+) or MA/BE/MSc/ MTech degree (at least second class) with a minimum research experience of 02, 03 or 04 years respectively.

✔️ Research Analyst: Master’s Degree with a first class in Social Sciences and allied fields such as public policy, international relations, strategic affairs, development studies is essential. Preference shall be given to candidates who have a background in the respective fields and have completed M.Phil. or Ph.D. in the desired area.

✅ Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
