Not only the 13th generation Core CPUs, during the Intel InnovatiON event the Santa Clara company announced “Intel Unison“, a software that connect PCs and devices to deliver a universal experience and easy to use with all operating systems.

The first version of Intel Unison will offer continuous and uninterrupted connectivity between PC and smartphone, starting with iOS and Android. By following a simple pairing process, users will be able totransfer files, send and receive text messages, make phone calls and receive and manage smartphone notifications directly from your PC.

Intel Unison will be introduced this year on select Intel Evo laptops with 12th Generation Intel Core processors from Acer, HP and Lenovo and will move to 13th Generation Intel Core-based products starting early next year. “Intel Unison will continue to evolve in the future with other formats, features and operating systems,” assures Intel.
The goal of the US company is essentially that of disconnecting users from ecosystems. For example, iPhone owners don’t necessarily have to buy a Mac (today without an Intel Core CPU) to enjoy an interconnected experience between devices. At least this from Intel’s point of view.
