Qualification
a. Any Graduates or Post Graduate under regular stream with Minimum 60% of marks and above from a college affiliated to a recognized University are only eligible to apply. b. Need Relevant Experience of 3 Years in SME Business Sourcing role preferable from well-established new gen Bank/NBFC. c. Besides English, Candidates should be conversant in Local language as per the posting location.

Responsible for achieving growth in SME Business within assigned territory by selling SME products and related services effectively. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with branch to ensure desired productivity levels. Coordinate with internal verticals for smooth disbursement of sanctioned credit facility. Ensure completion of the documentation and adherence to all the laid down process and guidelines. Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standards and compliance.
