Why put multiple screens on your desk, when one screen can fit in writing desk? Luminawhich has so far made itself known for an advanced webcam, recently unveiled its desk, called Lumina Deskwhose most notable feature is the integration of one 24 inch OLED screen in the worktop.

The Lumina Desk is a motorized adjustable desk, which can therefore be used both sitting and standing, with a 24-inch screen inserted into the work surface and designed to show information such as the weather, the calendar and so on. It is not, therefore, an additional monitor to work on, but a “passive” one in addition to the main one.
This screen is controlled via a specific application, available for Windows and macOS, and is protected by a layer of glass with anti-reflective treatment. Among the characteristics declared by Lumina we find one 1,200 nit brightness and a refresh rate of 60 Hz.
The Lumina Desk also offers two 20 x 20 Qi wireless chargers capable of outputting 100W each, along with six sockets with integrated lifesaving and six USB-C ports with 30W output each.
The launch is scheduled for 2023 and at the moment there is news only for the US market, where the desk will be sold at a price “as close as possible to $ 1,000”.
