– B.E in Chemical Engineering or equivalent Engineer Graduates in 2014 (80% IN ACADEMICS IS MANDATORY)
– Knowledge 3D modeling and understanding of drawings with CAD Tools
– Product development process exposure would be added advantage
– Knowledge or Hands-on experience in filtration
– Good knowledge of filtration measurement techniques
– Knowledge or Experience in diesel injection system and/or Lubrication system and/or air intake system
– Good knowledge of production process
– Knowledge of project management tools
– Knowledge of Process related skills FMEA,DFMEA
– Knowledge or Experience in working with MS-Office-tools (i.e. MS-Project, power point)
– Good communication skills, presentation skills
– Flexible, hardworking, highly motivated person with proactive approach to work
– Willingness to travel abroad on requirement
You are accountable for :

– Development and release of filter elements for independent aftermarket
– Support development and validation of filters and filter assemblies according to customer requirements
– Prepare Design of Experiments (DOE), test orders, analyze data and documentation of test results
– Support fundamental research projects and OEM projects
– Support in analysis of customer complaints and warranty claims
– Conduct field trials and prepare market data on filters.
– Support M+H locations globally
– Efficient communication internally, externally and with headquarter in Germany
