The CDC says a mysterious E. coli outbreak possibly linked to romaine lettuce on sandwiches at Wendy’s restaurants is expanding. At least 97 people have now gotten sick in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and New York.
